I also spend my working life on the insurance side of property as a licensed public adjuster — which means I read contracts closely, document everything, and know exactly what a property is worth when something goes wrong. That's an unusual background for an agent, and it tends to show up in your favor during inspections and negotiations.

Buying, we narrow to the handful of properties worth your Saturday. Selling, we set the price, the prep, and the story the listing tells. Either way you see the reasoning, not just the recommendation.
The close
Offers, inspections, appraisal, repairs, escrow. This is where deals get lost and where the detail work matters most. You deal with me through all of it.
